The Welcome Reception will take place on Wednesday starting at 6 pm in Tripp Commons and will feature a poster session. We will serve a variety of hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
Posters should be no larger than 4'x4'.

Come say hi to the WIPAC Education & Outreach team at the IceCube table on the 100 block of State Street, and help us share the excitement of astroparticle physics with the Madison community!
CTAO Lab Tour: Thursday, October 15, 6 - 6:30 pm
Location: Room 1146 in Chamberlin Hall
Tour of the UW lab for the Cherenkov Telescope Array Observatory. In this lab we are performing module optimization, calibration, assembly, and testing, as well as system integration, for the prototype Schwarzschild-Couder Telescope (see talks by Jamie Holder, Viviana Rickert, and Luca Riitano). Come see the silicon photomultipliers, readout electronics, and mini-camera test bench for the camera upgrade project of the pSCT in Arizona. Chamberlin Hall is a 15-minute walk or bus ride from Memorial Union. Meet at the registration desk at 5:40pm to walk together, or at Chamberlin Hall Room 1146 at 6:00pm.
