In-Person Attendance
The in-person registration fee is $1000 (May 1 - June 30). This fee includes an individual hotel room at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket resort; transportation to and from the airport; an exclusive city tour; all meals, including a banquet and special farewell dinner; and two coffee breaks each day of the workshop.
Check-in: September 15 (from 3 pm)
Check-Out: September 19 (by noon)
Participants who wish to extend their stay before or after the event may do so at the same event rate by contacting the hotel directly and informing them that they are part of SCAR AAA 2025. For arrangements, please reach out to Mintra at mintra.ct@dusit.com.
Late registration (July 1 - July 30) is $1200 and does not guarantee accommodations at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket resort.
Thai university students wishing to attend the workshop may register at the special rate of $300. This offer does not include accommodation. It does include admission to workshop sessions, all meals with the group, the banquet, the farewell dinner, and the city tour excursion.
Accompanying Guest Policy
Workshop attendees may bring an accompanying guest. The guest fee is $500 and includes shared accommodation with the attendee, transportation during the workshop, meals, and participation in the city tour.
