    1st Plenary
    The first part of this talk will give the basic information on plans at all three sites: South Pole, Mediterranean Sea, Lake Baikal. This part is intended to avoid 3 separate conference-like talks which typically eat up much of the time which is better used for special items. The second part of the talk is devoted to GNN activities and the GNN session of the day before.
