Getting to Monterrey
Monterrey is served by General Mariano Escobedo International Airport (MTY), which offers numerous domestic and international flights.
The airport is located approximately 35–40 minutes from UDEM, depending on traffic it may be longer.
Participants can reach the city by:

Weather
November is generally mild and pleasant in Monterrey.
Typical temperatures:
- Morning: 12–18 °C
- Afternoon: 24–30 °C
Participants are encouraged to bring light clothing together with a light jacket for the evenings.

Where to stay
To make your visit as convenient as possible, we recommend staying in San Pedro Garza García, one of the safest and most vibrant areas in the Monterrey metropolitan region. All recommended hotels are located within a short drive of the Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) and offer easy access to restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas.

The Welcome Cocktail Reception on Monday, November 2 is planned to take place at this hotel, providing an opportunity for participants to meet before the scientific sessions begin. Round-trip transportation between the hotel and UDEM will be provided for the event.
We are currently arranging a special group rate with the hotel. A booking code and reservation instructions will be published here as soon as they become available.
