The Memorial Union is an Italianate building on the eastern end of the university campus. It is a 15-minute walk from the Madison Concourse Hotel if you walk along State Street.

Meeting Location: Monday September 13
On Monday, September 13, the workshop will be held in the Old Madison Room, on the 3rd floor of the east wing of the Union.
To get to the room, you should enter the Union from the east entrance on Langdon Street. When you face the building from the street, the east entrance will be the at the top of a small staircase in the right wing of the building. It is also the entrance closest to the Red Gym, a large red-brick building located next to the Union. After entering the building, you will immediately see a stairwell in front of you. Proceed up to the third floor: the meeting room will be on your left at the top of the landing.
Meeting Location: Tuesday September 14
On Tuesday, September 14, the workshop will be held in the Class of '24 Room, on the 4th floor of the east wing of the Union.
To get to the room, you should enter the Union from the east entrance on Langdon Street. Proceed up the stairs to the fourth floor: the meeting room will be on your right at the top of the landing.
Auger Meeting: Wednesday, September 15
On Wednesday, September 15, Auger collaborators will meet in the IceCube offices on the 5th floor of 222 W. Washington Avenue. This is an office building located about two blocks from the Madison Concourse Hotel. To reach the IceCube offices, enter the building lobby from Washington Ave., walk to the back of the lobby and turn right, and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
