DESCRIPTION: \nScience Goals\nThe Workshop will bring together scientists
from around the world to discuss the origin\, composition\, propagation\,
and modulation of cosmic rays\, focusing on the anisotropy on small and l
arge scales and the effects of interstellar and heliospheric processes on
the signal observed at the Earth.\n\n Topics of the Workshop\n\n Cosmic
ray anisotropy and local sources of acceleration\n Cosmic ray propagation
through interstellar magnetized plasma\n Cosmic ray interaction with the
heliosphere\n Properties of galactic and interstellar medium and magneti
c fields\n Properties of the heliosphere and astrospheres\n Recent resul
ts on cosmic ray anisotropy observations\n Analysis techniques in cosmic
ray anisotropy studies\n Gamma rays as probes of cosmic ray acceleration
and transport \n Anomalies in cosmic ray spectrum and composition\n\n \
