mDOM assembly weekly meeting. Presenting progress reports, future plans, assembly issues, etc.

This meeting will be at 9:45 am on Friday going forward

• Please send me your size for cloth garments if you don't have one hanging up right now (or if you prefer a size different from what's on your hangar)
• Please send me shoe size if you still need and want shoes
• We will start using ESD straps for mainboard and PMT install. Let Chris and I know if the straps interfere with your work and we will work on an alternate option.
• Items we need:
  • PMT O-rings -- Chris will check packing list to see if we received more
  • Tygon tubing, vacuum sealing tape - Emmett will add to spreadsheet

Our schedule for gel pour related-work each week will become fixed going forward, rather than updating it every week:

• Monday: Chris, Chase, Katelynn install 4x halves into holding structures and start evacuating
• Tuesday: Emmett confirms evacuation is ongoing. Can also load more gel if needed.
• Wednesday: Emmett, Grace start gel pour in morning. Chris, Chase finish in afternoon. Chris, Chase install 4x halves into holding structures and start evacuating.
• Thursday: Emmett confirms evacuation is ongoing. Can also load more gel if needed.
• Friday: Emmett start pour in morning. Chris, Chase finish in afternoon.

Joining schedule TBD, will be some combination of weekday afternoons. Need to join 4x mdoms per week
